Susahnya Diet


As the quotes says, The Toughest part of dieting is not watching what you eat but watching what other people eat.

It's true that you need 70% to look for what you eat and 30% of physical work out in order to be healthy. I tried to watch my food intake and turn out to be picky on food. After 3 months, I can see the positive result for me. Not easy at first, but as I continue struggling, not only I felt energetic all day but other people start noticing the change and I received a lot of compliments from them.

So for those who are trying to get the healthy body, always keep going, you won't regret it.
